Well, I've seen levels 0, 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 but never a level 3. Why is that?
Has there been a level 3 before? How does one become level 3? Any requirements?

It's always a good idea to record demo of your games. They don't take too much memory. Just delete them once a week to manage them but save the ones with decons and trolling.

You should also do /listplayers to see who that really is. There are some people who use aliases of a known player to troll the game.

It was amp mod that prevented the demo from playing.

Unless you have demo specific binds every button you press will cause the demo to end. If you want to fast forward, open console and type /timescale 2 (you can increase the number for faster forward) and when you get to the point you want type /timescale 1. Usually demos are 1 mb per 10 minutes. You can always delete them after a week or so. Just save the important ones. (bans, kicks, decons, etc)

All admins (junior level and up) should have auto record demo on by default.

They are brothers connecting from same IP address. They are known griefers on US1.
