well i was wondering when the power comes into play, i would like to have some say over votes and other things because sometimes there isn't a admin on that can do that. If you give me a rank that could do that i would greatly appreciate it. If anything i would just like to have a higher level. Than...

hey, i'm wondering if i could become a level 4 . I have been playing on the R CZ server for about a year now.
a lot of people like me on the server and i would really like to have some higher power, but will not become power happy.
