Make bamboo grow faster

Bamboo seems to be very useful, but since at a time one builds only 1 stem, it takes very long to cover something. I'd suggest let's make it build at least 2x faster.

Make flowers useful?

So far, the only way how flowers affect the game is that they give an advantage to humans: aliens build flowers instead of some useful stuff. What about making flowers poisonous? Idea: If a human steps on flower, gets poisoned and the flower dies (then they should probably cost 2 BPs or so).

I made a configurable limit until when a map can be changed or restarted ( diff ). But I guess R-CZ already has something like that. (The patch also adds poll votes, but only for those who have the corresponding privilege, to prevent spamming, and also adds a variable for the threshold for draw vote...

In my opinion, reversing the build times (so that Aliens build faster) would help the balance greatly. Is that hard to do on server side? If not, why not test it for one week? Won't hurt Rcz, won't hurt trem. I am not sure if is possible to just switch it. Probably is needed to change every buildin...

That wasn't me. I wasn't playing today at all, and yesterday only for a while in the evening at the N7 server. I suggest to find the IP address of that person in the logs and publish it here to see who it was.
