Dont use poison cotagion. It is allready implemented in TremX and its very hard to survive with it, becouse medi doesnt eradicate that poison. One human is poisoned and is on medi. Second one is clear and too on medi. He get touched and they wont heal at all. That's why I mentioned that it needs so...

I added another feature suggested by Lancer: Posion contagion : A human touching a poisoned teammate will get poisoned too (with the same duration). The idea is to make camping harder for humans - they'll transfer the poison to each other when camping. Most likely this needs some testing and evaluat...

Could it be possible to deny the usage of Granger class to one person via vote? Like "denybuild" only...."denygranger"? I've found a granger slightly usefull in SD, for spawning and killing lone ret, so this way if person is feeding, make it admin command+vote and it won't affect entire team. What ...

Ty for the English corrections, I updated the post accordingly (English is not my native language). ... grangers still have uses. They can spit and damage structures. Dretches can't. A sneaky granger plus an inattentive human team can result in key structures being lost. True, but this is so rare (I...

Yes, I've already tried something. The basic idea is to give more credits/evos for kills that happen at or near the victim's base. See the mod's project page (README is at the bottom of the page).

(At the moment this is not included into [N7] server.)

[N7] server - testing unlimited balance mods

I made several modifications, mostly suggested by CU|ams, that are aimed to balance unlimited build point servers. I need people to play it to get some feedback, so you're all welcomed to play :-). All games are analyzed by TremStats . Currently, I don't have a place where to publish the results, bu...

Because I can.
I don't want to offend, but this is a really silly reason. It's just the reason mails spammers use - they spam because they can ...

+1 for these ideas; I hate having to ask/answer everyone "how many creds you got?" >_> This might perhaps result in a conflict with HUDs? Would you put the Evos/Cred factors in the listing on the side, or with the health info when you view a teammate? My idea was to put it in the list on the left s...

Please view and decide. (I hope you don't mind me putting the demo on a Czech server :). "Stáhnout" means "Download", that's all you need.)

Then it would work as it is now, without printing any location. Teamchat works similarly - if the player's location is known, it prints it, otherwise it prints nothing.

Another idea for Teamwork improvement: See not only the HP of your teammates but also their evos/credits. This would help planning attacks, advising people that have no evos/credits and just feed etc. Include the location into messages informing about building/deconing structures. For example Booste...

Would it affect multiple humans though? Because then rant could just run up behind, scare 3~ humans with nades, game over. Or all are distracted by mara on RC, then rant is behind and, once again, game over. Humans can easily avoid this situations by not buying a nade when not rushing. Defending a ...

In theory, it's your own noob-teams fault if the other team uses SD against you; everyone on your team can vote F2, if they don't, then it's their fault—meaning the teams fault, and a team that doesn't work together loses. So, if your team can't even vote, then you would have probably lost anyway...

The last one is kind of sketchy, because then one nooby adv Mara can kill entire base because nooby humans build 25~rets in front on 1 node/medi/arm. Yes, Lancer told me that this would be a problem. I still thoutht that it's a responsibility of the human team to prevent such situations. A nooby hu...

Abusing "sudden death"?

It seems to me that most of the votes for SD is called not because the game is too long / stalled but because one team tries to gain an advantage against the other. Usually, it's called when one team is satisfied with its building and assumes the other is not. Do you find it fair? I'd say that this ...
