Vote kick by noobs

Hi all, is the second time , in 2 day that i get kicked by vote.
First time Hotshot kick me for bleed: he bite me with granger and i bite he with my granger. he callvote kick, and vote pass.
Second time: now, i join in a game, human team, i spawn near rc and i see a goon over an armory, i kill the goon but 1 bullet hit arm, arm was smoking and explode, btw i've saved the base, a noob (and idiot i think) callvote kick me, his name is hsv- and something.
I tell to ppl to see logs, but, noone see logs. i get kicked with 2vote vs 0.
There is a solution from this ....bad situation?

The "fun" stuff: hotshot and hts-brv have the same ip.

Hotshot should get 2 things at start of all games: mute and denybuild. First of all he spams useless retfarms (i saw him on niveus once and he built rets from rc to longhall to The Ledge, i litearally walked on rets all time), when someone tries to stop him either by deconning most of the bad rets he either bleeds or votekicks.

Hello,

This morning, once more Hotshot failed : He bleed teammates and killed me twice on purpose ( at ATCS alien base)

Just one thing : He changed of name, it's not Hotshot anymore, but 'a death and kill machine'
