No more offtopic. Epical should be an admin tester. Whatever he does sticks really close to |allowed things| but sometimes go a little bit to |admin work|. He can really easly defend his point, and even allows himself to be cynic. I think that it is not easy to be like him.
iain - Why do you play his little games? As an admin you should be sure about your decisions, be quick to act when needed. If you're wavering (idk if this I spelled it right... Propably no) then you're food for trolls. I dont tell you to kick people for swear, but to use your brain and dont get into dispute with trolls.
