First time I banned you for destroying your team's reactor/nodes during sd(don't remember which). Then you appeared on the server a day later again so I banned you for ban avoiding. I did put the reasons there both times though, maybe it's some bug with 1.2.

He seems sincere, after all, he did register and admit to his mistake. Here's some tips on how to avoid being banned for deconning.
1. Always have a reason for deconning, this is ubp server, therefore bp is never a problem (eg. blocking)
2. Always warn your team before moving the reactor or overmind, your team must also reach a general agreement and your base must not be under attack.
3. Lastly of course, don't upset and decon. You are free to ragequit all you want, but don't make your team suffer for your feelings.

3a. Admins can ban you even after you disconnected. Don't think you are secure if you leave right after nading your base.
3b. If you decon something on accident or nade something on accident - say sorry 5 times in the chat so everyone could see you didnt do it on purpose. In this case, admins will spectate you for some time, and if you seem truthworthy - leave you in peace (in 1 whole piece
)
3c. If you accidently nade your base, you have 5 seconds to save your base from destruction. All you need to do - is use !specme command while the timer is ticking. Bind it somewhere just for this case.

No !specme in 1.2. Admins can only putteam.

Actually I just remembered.
/team S in console works exactly like specme, in fact it also works in 1.1 but no one uses it XD
