I want to report that recently on 1.2 server I encountered a noob, convinced for deconning, teamkilling, noobvotes and impersonating.
The story:
First his nickname was (HH)Manf, after that he called some kickvotes (I don't really remember all targets, but me included) for no reason.When I called a kick vote on him, he disconnected.Reconnected a few minutes later under the name of {GT}Mr.Muttonchop (that's an alias of {GT}Mr.Mustachio), joined humans, deconned reactor, armoury and teamkilled me, then disconnected before I could even call a vote on him.One more time reconnected (that was next map) under the name of itamar, called a mute vote on Mr.Mustachio and tried to votekick me, then again deconned everything he could.Disconnected again.Then I got to go, don't know if he connected later more.
The bummer is that regular players cannot even call a ban vote. >_>
Asking for help on banning that guy.

Kick vote = ban for 30 minutes. So if he reconnect sooner, then he have probably dynamic IP. But I hope that admins will deal with him.
