Meet Rundar, Rundar can't stand dieing. Rundar thinks everyone better then him is obviously cheating. Rundar likes to kick every other better player off the server untill he can reign supreme.

And if other [RUS] players are online they will automatically F1 his vote, F2ing votes against him. So basically if there are enough [RUS] players on they run the server.
