Marek : Injurer, kick avoider [1.2]

Hello guys,
Marek, also named Marek Loewenherz (German guy) was constantly injuring me yesterday. He also injured Muffin of gay (in his back, Muffin was offline.), thing that I reported to Muffin.
Today, i connect to server, and some players were injuring themselves. Then i tell to everyone to stop spamming, and Marek replied me 'stfu' and other injures.
A player named UnM, that i know, explained me what happened. In fact, Marek was once more kicking random guys for fun. After some injures, spam, and also because of the random kicks, I called vote to kick him, he got banned for 30 minutes. Then I told to everyone to play relax, and to stop fighting. Some minutes later, i see Marek connected.. It was like 5 minutes later, and he told that he has another PC. Then i was ready to let him a chance, but he was injuring once more, and i called another vote to kick him for reason 'Avoiding kick vote'.
To summarize : Marek is an injurer, a vote kicker for fun, a ban avoider.
PS: I wish that a level 7 ban him for a few times, because this guy is very boring...
