MONCLER a.k.a HOMER [Granger] [DE] deconer (1.2)

Hello,
Today on ATCS, one more decon :
I was alien when i noticed that there was no RC anymore, and humans were crying 'no RC' 'decon' and all.
I saw MONLCER disconnected, and some players told me that he was the deconner.
5 minutes later, a player named HOMER is connected, and deconned RC once more.. Both deconners are the same guy, see screenshot (Same IP)
