We were playing on a map (I don't remember its name) when Elnurmen deconned. PPNL was here too, I kicked Elnurmen. 5 minutes later, he came back with another nickname, pretending it was him.

He deconned a second time several turrets & the reactor.

I think ban is needed here.

Nod posted something earlier about banning dynamic IPs...that was for /ban, don't know if that works for /kick
