Epicaldudddddde Kicked Falcon. It was against the rules.

Just a few minutes ago level 4 admin Epicalduddddddde vote kicked Falcon for not joining the alien team when the humans had 8 people and aliens had 4 people. Can someone do something about this?

I did not kick falcon.
I called a vote to kick Falcon (as a regular player) for letting teams be 4 vs 8
because I didn't see any other way to make game fair/balanced. Was there any?

After asking Falcon several times to please balance teams, that where 8-4 (5-7 after I switched).
The reason to ask Falcon was that he joined H most recently.
Sorry that it triggered 30 min ban, though someone was nice to revert it.

So what then should we do next time when game is grossly imbalanced to point of making no sense to play?
On many servers I played (but in other game, teamed FPS too tho) the rule is that in case of +2 players difference, the most recently joined players is auto switched to the team that misses players.

Maybe it could make sense to have similar rule? Or just let such games end unevenly?

Nothing. Be spartan and win even with smaller team.

Other FPS games have same teams (H vs H), so it is nothing different to play in first or second team.

No, If someone want to play aliens, then you cant force him to play humans. If you do, he can leave, be angry or he can be moved back after 5 minutes, due to another imbalance with teams.

Since when should we start kicking someone because OTHER PEOPLE left server?

Here's what you do.

4vs8--
Either be smart--thus winning game, or feed until loss 5 minutes later and wait for the next game, in which case you can get a "fresh start."
Not kick
Why not make some other noob move his butt over to aliens? Why kick someone who was on humans to begin with?
