Playing the game, and i died, i saw a human shooting the repeater.

This dude has a 10D ban already.
Good and all, but i complain about the admin.

I callvoted a kick (know as: de|yalt, trollname), and he just cancelled it, but didn't buildlogged.

So either talk with him about PRIORITYS /BUILDLOG (How to use, do advanced guide teaching) and /PAUSE /REVERT

Now i feel like a bloody victim, let's see what happens to an admin who doesn't even act when something happens, instead of an admin who abuses it's power!

And didn't have to be a level 7; the level 6's can use cancelvote as well, so don't blame Spl@

He banned, not a lvl 6 cmd.

So the same admin that canceled the vote then banned him?

It doesn't list in the screen shots that he was banned; so making sure this really is a level 7. (not in a position to look in-game at ban list)
