Reaper unneeded kickban for "decon"

Requesting:
[ ] ban/punishment
[ ] undo of previous decision / unban
[X] admin / [ ] user attitude adjustment
related to following bad activities in game:
[ ]base attacker: ( )kill RC/OM ( )killed important stuff ( )just bleed
[ ]team attacker: ( )killed with no reason ( )just bleed
[ ] glitcher: [ ]reached outside-map location [ ]others gameplay
[ ] cheater: suspected [ ]aimbot [ ]wallhack [ ] /msg spam [ ]other
[X] admin unwarranted (*) kick ( ) mute ( ) other
...related to what that Admin claims to be (*)decon ( )tk ( )other

DETAILS OF GAME EVENT:
ON DATE: 2012-10-21, TIME: 13:30 (GTM+2) ON MAP: Mission 1
With teams count (A-H) : 1 vs 2
-> mission1 starts, I bet people will vote other map
-> I decon egg, on this map I might as well do it, initial egs will die and Im alone
-> someone calls mapchange vote
-> I decon all but last egg.
-> mapchange vote will pass. I vote F2 for lol but it passes still
-> I decon last egg right before it passes and suicide
-> vote passed
-> Humans won
What might normally be a [bad] decon, is totally o.k. in this case, because:
1) decon initiall stuff on this fun-map is not any problem. I could build new eggs if by any chance more people would join or vote would not pass
2) map will change anyway
3) entire Aliens team agreed on this (me
4) entire H team also wanted change map
5) EDITED/ADDED: in the unlikely event that in 3 seconds someone joins and wants to play this map I was 100% of the time able to still return to normal game (build OM then eggs), right to the point when vote passed
Since there is no player that had any different outcome of game,
so this is "victimless" crime, so not a crime.
So kick/ban was not needed.
New admins, hold your horses with the new commands, k?
REQUESTED SOLUTION:
Lancer should join Iain and Tyr in that locker.
And write 100 times on blackboard "I will not use admin commands when not needed (except fun commands like admintest or bigtext or smth) in acient greek.

But its hard to upload and then to download actually.
