I was kicked from the server today at 21:51:19 CET by iain with the following reason specified: "Ban evader [sic]".
The aforementioned ban was removed by Nod_Nod_Nod several months ago.

I request an explanation for this situation.

I think that ban is permanent.

Alright here's how it stands.

You have a perma ban on the server from the 24th feb. This hasn't been rescinded on the server. Whilst you haven't shown any ban-able behavior whilst I've been around (other than that drunken argument with val... (which isn't really ban-able either)) you are banned and using the same name. This to me equals a kick.

Now. If you didn't have your name as zolk3ri, your behavior wouldn't be a problem as far as I'm concerned. Over to the L7's and above.

Well if I may add a comment,

I personally agree with the invisible man when he says that Zolk3ri was obviously forgiven some moths ago, given that he's played there many times when admins were online, and noone of them decided to kick him.
Furthermore, Zolk3ri hasn't been acting bad to others (except yesterday when he was drunk, but he only bothered me, he wasn't a nuisance to anyone else) and has never behaved like a deconner.
On the other hand, I think that iain was right when he kicked zolk3ri. He's a faithfull and straight admin, he just applied the rules as he was taught to.

I think that : Rotacak should simply keep zolk3ri unbanned because :
1 : He isn't a bad player / deconner
2 : He created a bot, but he didn't use it on RCZ, it was more a coding pleasure than a real need of this trigger, and anyone used it either. (Download link down now).
3: He USED to be forgiven by other admins, or they just simply didn't notice him when he was playing, given that he's ususally spectator and rather quiet in public chat

IMO, iain shouldn't be punished either, he did a good job here, even if zolk3ri isn't a bad person. If Zolk3ri was a deconner, then it would have been normal that iain kicks him.

This is not a mistake nor an abuse, just a situation that's not common.

Unbanning zolk3ri would simply end the matter.

Zolkeri was repeatly creating aimbot for this server (even when Rotey used new qvms - suprisingly new aimbot qvms *poofed* on dl site too).

Val was botting etc etc.

Zolk first was playing incognito, then he was showing nick little by little...

What action needs to be taken? From admin perspective he should still be banned. From human perspective... He is trolling... Duh...
