Kicked for "laging"

Hello.
I don't know i made this topic in proper section, so please move it if it's not.
Today i was vote kicked by player "Tetris69" with reason "lager". I was just spectating and then he called vote. I was never before kicked for doing things like that and i think there's not rule that don't let me do this. Is there a posibility of stopping votes like this one or having always at least one high-level admin on server?

i;m on most 1-2 hours everyday or even more of weekends

But it's really broking the fun (spectating is fun for me or maybe i'm too lazy to play
). I just want to make admins play more! I see high-level admin once per 1-2 days. Just look at KoR's server: lots of players and lots of admins - no problems with things like that.

It's true we have our lives.... But also we can't give admin to every player that wants it, because it could be even worse.
At least, I can check out the log and ban him for a few days to calm down.

More admin is good thing, but you saw ACR server? Don't know how now, but before some time there was a lot of admins, stupid admins, they doing bad things, even cheating, I was kicked and aimbotters laughed at me or there was only small admins - they can spam chat and can do other stupid things but when is there cheater, then they cannot do anything against him, so they playing with him... They even not bother to spect that player, but they know very well !cancelvote.
And when someone want admin then it is more often (than I like) like this scenario:
1) player playing good, no problems (when I am connected)
2) he want admin rights
3) he got admin rights
4) he start abusing when I am not connected, start lying to me etc.
5) he lost admin rights
6) he start deconning/aimbotting/teamkilling swearing at other admins and at server
7) he is banned or ignored
he stopped playing on server or he choose new nick
If he will never obtain admin rights, he will be still at point 1) and real admins will have no trouble with him (even other players).
Choosing new admin is hard.
