AFAIK, no ban is possible without !namelog... Banning by uid/name is useless.

Btw, why can't server constantly log all names and ip's to some file? Then if something happens with one of the players, we could be able to extract his IP from that file...

yes it might come in handy but just for case like this...
but I think its a waste of time end effort if you get some1 just do a namelog its easy end fast... no trying got get ip later...
also it might come in handy if a normal player reports it how don't have namelog access but how many did that? they just swear a little end then disconnect...

There is such a gamelog, I can take a look there, but there are 3 R servers, I don't know where this happend and every log is about 50MB big...

EDIT: He played on R Unlimited CZ, he's banned.
