Problem is, that any player can call kick vote. I've proposed Rotacak to limit that privilege to Level 2 players, but he rejected that proposal.

Another problem is that nice players usually vote "No" at such polls provided no proof but words of some newbish player like - "That player is wallhaxor, lets kick him!". However, there are maps that attract too much of noob attention, like "Lowrise" "Highrise" "*Cannon", resulting in >50% players playing being noobs.
That, in tact, leads to the problem where every good player gets kicked for some hax.

So the only solution I can propose for future - don't play noob maps :P

As about Loki, I will let Rotacak deal with him as I have no ideas what to do with him :P

NEW:

now a vote has been called: "sindarus is the biggest WallHacker" by "[o.o] dKviD"

it was on ATCS, there was a member of "{Koc*r)" but is it important?

it's my way of playing that gives this impression?

or it's mi bug: "Net_sendpacket: WSAEINTR" who spam my discussion who make wallhack? no i don't know

Well, dKviD pade that "poll vote" for fun, I guess.

As about Loki, there is a possibility that was the wrong Loki (namestealer). Notice that he usually plays with tag [Koc*r] or {Koc*r} but not {Koc*r).

So I think this should be redirected to someone with access to logs, like Rotacak or Nooteh, as I can't confirm anything now - Loki claims that he was at grandmother's home whole day yesterday...

This happenin on very old windows XP. SP1 instalation will fix that. Or newer version of win XP.

But you have win 2000? Maybe you can try to install some Service Packs too.

About loki: One Loki is probably PL noob and second Loki is CZ noob. In similar cases you can only pray for good players around, whose vote F2.
Or you can contact me on IRC channel and I can unban you immediately.

I wouldn't call is the most stable. 2-3 years ago it actually was most stable, I used it instead of XP too. But XP with latest SP is performing much better and with no bugs (as all programs get optimized for WinXP in first place).
And If you disable themes and various WinXP 'neat' features - it will even look like Windows 2000 as well :)

Well, in case you decide to buy a new computer - I'll recommend to select each part separately and build it yourself. Usually you can pay for packing it all together at the shop if you are lasy for that, but you need to do the selecting yourself. Shop managers always try to sell most worthless parts packed into a beautiful case.
