Kicked repetitively by clan.

On 1.2 CZ server, recently a clan has taken over, they use their sheer numbers to kick me every time. Now I've had disputes with this clan several times, but I have tried to resolve it with them. Now every time I enter the server, they'll kick me out using vote kick, and if some how I convince people to vote f2 and it fails, they'll just spam vote until it passes. So yeah, pretty much ruins the server, please help >_>
