He is deconer, and since he disconnect and i dont have ban, thats bad

CE has been acting badly before, he should get a long ban. I think someone has been complaining about ROOAAARR too before.

true i saw CE and he was saying that he didn't decon he is on now i can't tell him because some noob glitched builded and i tryed to help admins but then got kicked :/
needs some serious fixing

Ok now im on CE case... You can consider it as done... If you see him doing bad things, ban at will.
