Deconner & base bleeder: Bernardo

Witnessed some of this. I didn't see the first decon, but I saw the result and, knowing Bernardo's liking for deconning, I watched him…
Bernardo deconned the overmind twice; the german rebuilt it the first time then Geo88 the second. Bernardo's building rights were revoked; he then started bleeding structures and got kicked for that.
In his defence, Bernardo did seem to want to rebuild the overmind (he had it selected for building). Against that, he didn't seem to be communicating with team-mates about moving the overmind, and when I asked about this, Geo88 said that he hadn't been.
Ban needed…? I'd say so. Until I know one way or the other, I'll kick on sight.
