Server probably down because of new maps uploading?

Changes in new version of server:
Restart vote, draw vote, next map, extend and custom vote was removed.
When is there another map than atcs for 15 seconds without players, then is automatically changed back to atcs.
And some small changes, like colored "humans win" words etc.

I sometimes get lagged out from Unlimited and it sometimes it doesn't show right after lagging out. I even tried adding favorite to server, but still no success.

Also I do not see the server today.

Today is down. And few days are problems with server. That lags - everyone have 999 ping - in this moment is server invissible in server list. But one moment later is all fine. It's weird and I hope that will be fixed soon.

i tried forever trying to make server and it was going to be named sparta battle ground and it didnt work that was were you guys could have met

just get your msn/icq/xfire, etc. if anyone is interested in contacting me pm me as well. Personally the lag isues foce me to play less and less on unlimited, partially switching to Risujin arcade mod or Fun Zone (SST is dirty).
