Granger_field_a1: idea, help and tips

so, im going to make a new map called granger field.
Description: two space ships, one alien, one human. Both have 2 exits. Outside is a skybox and a comet field. There will be only 1 little secret that will be no-builded. Inside will be a white granger( queen granger) and above her head will be a text. Only little aliens and humans can be there, bigger aliens will teleport back automaticly, so little aliens must move so they cant be telefraged, but one little step will teleport em in comet field. Things i already know that i need is:
1. Need program like Blender( for linux).
2. Need good converter .mp3 to .wav or what file Netradiant suports( for linux).

BTW. If you're going to make .wav sounds, don't use uber-mega-high-ultra quality like 96KHz, 32-bit, 5.1 surround. Try 44/22KHZ, 8bit, mono. You could also try Ogg Vorbis codec, much smaller files and Tremfusion supports it (most people have it), but you would have to ask Rotacak to enable .ogg support on server.

I have one problem with mah white granger. I can't make it have the textures. I can load the model, but cant load textures for it so the granger have missing texture, it works with plants, but not for grangers.
If any1 can help, he is welcome.

Sorry for triple post :(, but map is progressing well. Its more detailed than the_big_box, I have 2 tubes with alot of cliping time( bout 1 hour for one, other i just copy/pasted ^^). If possible, any1 know a map that have space skybox? I need a space skybox. Map is very low gravity, so watch out how u jump :). If humans get s2, they can go with jets, but map have "meteors"( rota, dont be mad, but i used alien rock model for meteors). Aliens are very mobile if they can walk on wall. If u have a felling its not possible, you can go with rant through pipe :)

Sky is hmm... in paint7 outside, near enterance to control room... Other than that hmm... Trem startpage :D.

K. Im using karith skybox for now, ill replace it in some other versions. Look on new topic i made, there is .pk3 of it.

I replaced karith with other skybox i found for quake3, its so FUCKING AWSOME. I know its bad language, but i was fascinated. I wont give the .pk3 of the new and better granger_field becouse 1st i need someone that can test the map and give me critics that are usefull, not just map sux etc...

lol my keyboard was taken away from my computer. and internet cut off.
