We need to allow vote for admins only for level 7. 6 are testing admins and they should not be able to vote for another level 6.

Rota - situation with Lanac was stable for a long time - Then he became more and more childish etc, we had quarell and he decided to leave his admin behind... It was very mature decision of his, though all other behaviour of his was not nice and all...

And what is happening on 1.1 doesnt apply to 1.2.
On 1.2 - we were watching him, making him remember rules etc... If he is callvoting for camp - teach him... On 1.2 he is *Nice player* (I laughed some time ago about it). More likely Redemption had some of his troll tentacles laid on him...



And yes admin app need to be corrected, we need more stable admins, though we have too little admins for only lvl7 deciding... Time needed between lvl6 to become lvl7 isnt said openly, and it is a matter of admin actions... One can be very good after two weeks (Like Spl becouse no matter of fact, he is active and righteous admin) but he wont be able to vote then...

Admin must to be good person. For example: Is unacceptable to behave good on one server and deconning on other. And about "forgeting camp rules" - its another lie. Who was admin on RCZ, he can't forgot this rule until his death.

Well, the problem is that the older the person, the more emotionally stable he is. So if you really were 19, it would've been much less likely that you'd behave like you did (lying about age, kicking for camp, deconning for example). For example, I can assure you that 99% of 20+ age people, if they see on some 'admin recruitment form' a requirement of 22+ age, wouldn't lie. They would account with the wishes of the host and live with that. That's why most people prefer to deal with 18+ or at least 16+ than of an younger age - to feel more stable themselves.

Thats true :/ But still, its just easier to say im 19 than i must listen to things like: "he is too young, he is n00b, he is a bla bla bla..."
About the kick for camping, when i did it cuz i kinda dont remeber...

It is easier to lie for a year to 20 people than to listen to that things once and in the end get the same result?

but still i've never seen a guy on this server 20+ AND IS PLAYING 24/7. what your asking for is someone that will obey rules and be a good admin. why can't you put it to 18 or even 16+?

if someone does something wrong just demote him for a given period and warn him and teach him to do the right things.

i thought this would be a good "pass down" act to start. and anyway most players are getting older now and don't find trem interesting and it's getting harder and harder to stay on and protect servers when you could have a life.

basically: older players have shorter play times then 16+ or 18+ people. but i expect the 18+ people have lifes and jobs (and even girlfriends) so why hang out on trem?

maybe you should try lanac. i never found anything wrong with him apart from the occasional mute or kick but he had his reasons. (last one i had was "for fun eh? mate?"

soulles played much, he is 21 y.o. no. and 24/7 isnt needed on funserver, look at graphs on gametracker.
