furthermore, it looks like you can't build rets on other rets, so 1.1 always win at spamming

lol, i usually have 100 FPS and 40-100 ping.

Low fps depends on map and buildspam and you can use magical command to speed it up. Ping must be same, because both servers are on one server machine.
