New Funserver ideas

1. Acid bomb
Granger will be able to drop acid bomb (cost 1 evo). It will be similar to grenade but little different and it will do less damage.

Why granger? - because it will be more balanced than tyrant. Granger can be shot easily, so it will help humans (feed), but it will help aliens too, because acid bomb can be put into campy human places.

2. Players exploding
When will be player killed by grenade or mine, player will explode on pieces (leg, arm, head...).

Brainstorm addition:

Advanced Grangers emit poisonous gas when killed (like a bush). That would make a nice balancing against mines. And also will help aliens maintain their outposts better.

Well, I meant that they emit it like an explosion, not like remaining cloud. So if there was any human near granger during the death - he gets poisoned. But no cloud remains there to damage other incoming humans.

i agree with acid bomb but it should be available for stage1 granger, because stage 1 is often the more campy stage

Copy and paste code from Quake 3: Arena :P

BTW. What about humans? Aliens are too strong on unlagged and you're adding more stuff to them. Maybe decreased bs damage multipler?

They're for camping only. They're usually useless for rushing and 1v1 fights.

Hmm, avd granger already have third attack :( So maybe acid bomb should be for basilisk?

I would move adv granger spit to normal granger and add acid bomb to adv granger.
