dm_69 is a Tremulous demo recording. You can watch them by typing the following in console:

/demo nameofdemo

(NOT "/demo nameofdemo.dm_69"!)

You might get a problem with playing the demo: Trem would (as far as I know - I still have the tjw backport client) search for the file in the demo folder of the last used mod. You might have to activate the right mod before you can call the demo. A safe bet would be to just visit the server that was used to record this demo and then to launch the demo. Or to disconnect from the server and then to launch the demo.

To record a demo yourself, be on a server and do

/record demodemodemo

To stop the recording, do

/stoprecord

Btw, you can use the search function of your operating system to find the file "demodemodemo", then go one folder higher up. There should be a screenshot folder holding the screenshots that you made while using that mod.

:(

Well. I have already written everything that I know about this.

So, you have tried to visit the server where this was recorded and then started the demo?

What is the problem? Does the program say that it cannot find the demo file? If it is a different problem, then maybe it is because the mod that is needed does not exist any more (was updated) or something.

If you recorded it on funserver, go to application data/tremulous/funko there should be your demo, if you can't record it, try rename it.
