shell is the os console(in windows it called command prompt, or cmd). default linux shell is "bash".
if you dont know what is shell, you cannot translate windows commands to linux commands. russians got phrase(replacing rtfm phrase
) for this situation: "smoke manuals", so smoke linux manuals

just tell me how my code should look like?
it should start with "start cmd" or something, right?

It should start with '#include <stdio>' probably. And it should end with a '}'.
Programming, even with C++ is not that easy. You should really find and smoke some C++ manuals. Even if I waste 1 hour of my life to explain you how to write code in C++, you will still ask me how to compile it, where to get C++ compiler, why it wont work as expected, etc.

You can't compile WINDOWS .bat files to LINUX/UNIX .run files. The two consoles work completely different. There IS, however, a bat to exe coneverter for windows.
