You dont need a credit card to donate. Send money to your PayPal account using your bank account.

ukrainian and russian paypal support only credit cards and only sending money(recieve money, and other features are not available ) 
and percents on russian credit cards is high. if you get from card 20000(~500eur) roubles u must return 25000-30000 to bank
