The nodding of the head once to symbolize a greeting, cuz we white folk to damn lazy to open our mouths and speak up. Nods are also easier to shake off than a flase "hello".
"Person nods at you", or your direction, "you nod back"

Just download the demo from PC Gamer. Install it, play for 100 minutes, save world to documents or something, when you run out of time, delete it, go install it again, put world back on and great :D You've got Minecraft :D
