That looks great! I can also give you some interesting idea (I hope it is interesting):
You could try (maybe in the sequel) to make it similar to GTA series. I mean having a home, a town map, and doing 'missions' in various city districts. You get a mission from a friend phone call, or over the internet, or anything. Each mission is some simple shooting and talking like in the screenshot you posted (same engine and stuff). Then after finishing it you get some money, maybe some trophies and can navigate to the shop (using same map) to buy some new weapons and armor. That would be awesome :D

P.S. If you become a millionaire with a game based on my idea I will demand a share xD

Game is great, made great and with soul. However I have noticed few annoying things:
1) When creating character profession buttons do not highlight when clicked.
2) The flying baloon in first city does not scale the ads.
3) Tavern, Mr. Johnson:
A - Who are you?
You are not around here ... what's your poison mate?
A - Continue...
and blablabla
A - Continue...
and blablabla again
A - Continue...
and blablabla and ba
A - stop spam!
4) Tha-a-at annoying so-o-ound that the tutori-ri-ri-ri-ri-al voice does is re-re-really getting on my nenenenenenenenerves.
5) Some ambient background sound would be great in each location. Not music, but an ambience. For example - at street sounds of shootings, cries, cats maybe, etc. At bar - background mumbling, filling mugs with beer or something. You can get lots of these sounds from Neverwinter Nights 1 game (I wonder if original creators will rape you for that). It has lots of ambient sounds that would work for your game too.

But well, the rest is great :D

When is multiplayer coming? :D
