Working on my project: 'Tremserver forum'

Hello,
Recently I just start my project 'Tremserver forum'
in my project I will make a new designed better forum for this server.
I asked Rotacak if I could start this project and he said Yes so.

I like it. I dont see how its "better" than this one, but it seems good so far.
Please change "clan {TM}" to "clan Teh" and make me a moderator there.

You said that you will make new theme, but you just downloaded already finished theme from someone else. You dont need any knowlege for that. I dont see any reason for making copy of this board for theme presentation, because this link would be everything what we need:

I got another question
I every day see many people coming from France, Germany, Italy, Poland, etc... And I got the idea to create an international section, inside of which there would be a French topic, a German,...
Is it a good idea/ bad idea ?
PS: I could do the french one
