mystery, it's all just a crap stuff, lol on the last video he shows traceroute command 
the shutdown command is famous after a virus came out years ago, which it makes your pc to shutdown using that command and other stuff.
it works only on xp, vista mybe and can be used on remote PCs.
years ago when win98 came out, in a electro store, computer zone, where u could find PCs to try them, i always did this stuff
filename a.bat
with this stuff inside {
@echo off
echo all the text u want here, messages etc..
echo here
echo here
echo and here
a.bat
}
then edited autoexec.bat to call a.bat, as result pc wont start, just spams on screen your text, lol
