The default admin-answer to the question would be: When there is current proof of these and the rest of the normal rules broken. So next time someone sees him breaking rules, just post the proof and away he goes.

My answer however: He can be/has been annoying. Post believable proof of a severe annoyance, preferably repeated but a couple times works, like "All Germans worship Hitler", and away he goes.

Back to the game/server: people repeatedly abusing spam (x10 non stop) are warned then muted, and if they continue (/testadmin all the time for minute) then kick, ban. Happened just days ago, all good.

As a donator, he cant be kicked by regular players, but he still can be kicked by admins.
