Hybrid Trem 1.1 + 1.2 client?

Was wondering if it's possible to have 1.1 and 1.2 games in the same client and server browser?

Why in the world would you want something like that. Really.
1.1 is different from 1.2 as well as older (buggier); why try to bridge the gap?

It is possible but I wouldn't recommend trying to do it for two reasons:
1. The game just doesn't support supporting multiple protocols at once, so one would have to implement it. Probably involves a lot of mindfuck.
2. There is no point. It's much easier to just use two clients.

Populated servers - Stick to 1.1 (or come on GPP at 4:00-7:00 GMT)
