Request to yalt to release his sources, as required by GPL

This is a copy of my email to yalt:
Hi Yalt,
I asked you twice about the sources of your mod. You didn't even bother to reply to me, which is kind of sad, considering I helped you with debugging it and you build on my work.
I'm reminding you friendly that Tremulous is licensed under GPL. Therefore, you're required to make available the complete source codes any modifications you have done under the same license to any user who asks for it. I, as the author of my mods, have the right to enforce the license. By not releasing the sources you're violating the license as well as the principles of open-source. Therefore I'm requesting you to publish the source codes under GPL (or make it available to me under GPL). Otherwise remove permanetnly any work from your server that is based on my mods. (Note that if the original Trem authors issue a similar request, you'll have to either publish the sources or shut it down completely.)
If you want to keep the assets secret, that's OK, they're your own work and Trem's assets are licensed differently anyway.
You've made some good work on your server. Don't spoil it by being greedy.
Note that I'm publishing a copy of the email on forums, this is a public thing and people have the right to know. Any player has the right to ask for the sources.
Best regards,
Nalf

Hi Yalt,
how is it going? I see that your sever is popular, that's nice.
Can you publish the sources somewhere? Or send them to me?
Thanks,
Nalf
Dne 7.6.2013 21:13Hi Yalt, where can I download the code of your server? Do you plan putting it on github/bitbucket/etc.? That way, it'd be easier to suggest patches as well as have a place to report bugs.
Bye, Nalf
