What would YOU like to change in RCZ to have an Epic-server

We're creating new, epic server.
It might start as copy of RCZ.
While I am master of trolling, the new server
is real.
Most admins from here lvl6/7 are copied, instead haters (unless they learn to stop the hate
Server base is RCZ probably, with some things from Edge (what you want from it?)
What would YOU like to change in RCZ
What game-play things are boring/frustrating?
Example:
0. Epic guy makes fun of me and I can't take it nor use ignore waaaah
1. Rant camp in A base is so hard
2. Humans camp too much still
3. Mara zap is too easy

Epic Dude, mind if you take this project more seriously? People can be offended without you realizing. I have a high tolerence, but this also means I can't just trust anyone.
An example to prove my 'innocence' is the fact I've never given out anything higher than level 2 on Asia Unofficials despite the fact I already had level5, and I was practically "managing" the server because WoGoMo and the other Sir| member who had level 5 never really played much. A typical person would give their best friend even a level just below them or equal to them.
Unless we can trust you with not making a joke out of our project, creating a branch of haters, you will probably be removed from our team.
Also: Listing the team does not mean you yourself is being serious.
