Funserver QVM

Where from I can get R Funserver CZ's QVM? I want to host little server without retards (I mean people who want to fight instead of having fun) for me and my friends to build weird stuff. I'm not C programmer, so I can't do it myself.

a) He's evil.
b) He does not like you.
c) He does not want anyone else use his workings to get famous.
d) He's too lazy to send it and explain how to use it.
e) He uses some weird hax there and doesn't want to share it with you.
f) That QVM is secret development of NASA.

Why don't you use some other precompiled stuff? Anyways, what opsys You use?
