Build Points Idea

What about to change BP to this?

Change BP to default value and add new building "Transformer" or something. And every transformer will add 20 BP.

What do you think?

Very bad idea! Humans will spam with "Transformers" to get BP to spam bricks. If you want less spam make crates, pillars etc. cost more BP.

No, it will cost same like now, but you need to build transformers for increase BP. 10 transformers will give you 200 more BP.

Its only idea about another BP system. Not antispam idea :)

Anyway, I think it's not good.

Maybe "BP stages". Every # kills team get some more BP. This can prevent players from building crap instead of fighting.

Transformers have several bad points:
1) If they are small - they will give no improvements. Humans will spam with transformers everywhere eventually.
2) If they are big - humans wont be able to spam so much with them, but they will block aliens everywhere.

I like Redman's idea much more. It will force humans to fight, rather than to camp.
Lets calculate. Usually games end with score like this: (40,30,20,1,1,1) at both teams. That is about 100 kills in 1 team. So at this moment of game we should have 1000bp. That makes it 1 kill = 10bp.

I have another crazy idea.

What if we give, lets say 20bp for kill, with 1 little modification. They are 1 time only bp.
So if we build something at our base, and enemy kills it - we wont get bp back. That would be so crazy :P

i like redman's idea a lot

finally my kills wont just be for me ^^

but i think 1 kill = 20 bp is a lot

make it 1 kill = 10bp

It's bad... hard to understand for new players. I like redman's idea too, how about 200BP per stage?
Because sometime I have over 100 kills, and it's not a good idea BP per kill, because players would camp with mass driver, jetcamp, tyr behind a corner etc.

Maybe something like this:

BP stage 1 - 140bp, 4 kills to next
BP stage 2 - 280bp, 6 kills to next
BP stage 3 - 420bp, 9 kills to next
BP stage 4 - 600bp, 13 kills to next
BP stage 5 - 850bp, 17 kills to next
BP stage 6 - 999bp

So after 49 kills team have 999bp.
After achieving next stage there should be sound and "BP stage # achieved!" on screen.

Ehm, why not just:
Stage 1 - 200bp
Stage 2 - +200bp = 400bp
Stage 3 - +200bp = 600bp

Would be much easier to understand and to implement.

so rly there's nothing u can do bout it
