Good fighters are not always good builders, but this is not true for Soultcer and Memorex. I voted for Mem, but I could have voted for sol as well, if I could. So make it +1 soul too

But yes, those guys are pretty much the only ones who realise when not to move reac, and when to do so, and you can always rely on them, knowing that you are covering someone who is going to build the right things
