Another idea for Funserver - RushBuild!

I've just got inspired by the God and thought out a nice idea for Funserver.
How about we halve the hitpoints of ALL structures, but also halve their build time?
I think it would go perfectly with the stacking capability of structures, and will make game much much more active. Humans wont be able to build lets-camp-for-an-hour bases, but they will be able to expand MUCH faster. Same goes to aliens.
And expanding is the powah.

I don't want to state an opinion because I don't know what to think about this subject. But if someone would be in a quickbuild situation, they'd be well advised to use build binds. So here are the commands:

I am not sure if it is good idea. With this can one luci human kill very big alien base alone. You can rebuild it fast too, but you need some active builders after every attack. And in SD it will be fast end :)
