Translated text of poem :
We'll not abandon the land of our folk.
We'll not let our language be buried.
We're the Polish nation, the Polish people,
Royal tribe of the Piasts.
We'll not let the foe hold us down.

So help us God!
So help us God!

To the last drop of blood in our veins
We'll defend our spirit
Until into dust
Falls the Teutonic storm.
Every doorsill will be our fortress.

So help us God!
So help us God!

The German will not spit in our face
Nor Germanize our children,
Our host will rise up in arms,
Our spirit will lead the way.
We'll go forth when sounds the golden horn.

So help us God!
So help us God!

We won't let Poland's name be crushed
We won't go, living, to the grave.
In our country's name and its honor
We lift our heads proudly,
The grandson will regain his forefathers' land.

So help us God!
So help us God!

Hmm, nice isn't too good word. My great-grandfather fighted against Germans in uprising. I mustn't fight today, but I must remember this. Polish history isn't so fun. Do you know, Poland wasn't show on map for 123 years !
