Maybe make s4 ? and at s4 the most new buildings can be build also at s4 mines can be buy etc

may be create research center, for new buildings/guns(alien forms)

S4 can be big change, we need to give aliens some buildable that attack humans buildables, then increase kills to next stage and then we can think about s4.
