Becouse... Its 1.2...
The nodding of the head once to symbolize a greeting, cuz we white folk to damn lazy to open our mouths and speak up. Nods are also easier to shake off than a flase "hello".
"Person nods at you", or your direction, "you nod back"

Just pointing something out. When real gpp for 1.2 comes out rota is probably going to add all the same stuff. So enjoy what you have becuase we will also have it, only on the better 1.2 gpp!
