Try something like this:

That way it is much more noticeable and admins will give you your desired level at once. Yes they will.

to have lvl 2, just be active on the forum, make you like by other people on the forum and play with respecting admins and other players: say ''hi!'' say ''how are you''
do what the better players (than you) want you do
report guys who break the rules... etc
I guess you posted here before reading the stikes and anyways, asking is the worst way to get what we want...
