Use it whenever You have a decision to make ie:

Should i go? There or there? What would be Your decision if You absolutely knew You'll die next morning?

This for me is one of the most amazingly clearing ideas i use in RL.

Well, first of all, I'd get some profits really fast:
1) Go to medical center, get a paper that you are totally healthy.
2) Go to bank. Loan all money you can.
3) Go to all possible insurance companies with the paper and the money and get a short-term maximal-revenue insurances on your life.
4) Write a testament to give all your money to your family.

Now that the family is provided with money, and 12 out of 24 hours are gone, I'd start with doing some extreme sports (paragliding for example) and end the day by tasting all possible narcotic drugs

well this question has been with me since i became solipsistic and rly i don't know. i have a combat knife under my pillow and every now and then i put it to my throught and see if i can kill myself.

You should start from smaller things first. For example cut off your toe. Then some finger. Then maybe an ear. Then you can take something bigger, like a dick or whole hand. Well, you got the idea.
