Well, it's probably a dumb question but I feel a need to ask it. It's over a week since I'm back from my vacation and never had I seen the server filled with players since then. Once I had a "decent" game with 2 noobs and 1 pro. After that game the noobs left and I simply hate 1v1 so I went to specs. In 2-3 mins the last player left...
Is everyone in school/vacation/work/whatever and gonna come back soon, or had everyone migrated to 1.2 server or had funserver became unpopular or had tremulous became unpopular?

Trem is my favourite game for over a year and now it feels dead

Who is to blame and what to do?
i think its complex of reasons why funserver became unpopular.
what we can do?
-migrate to 1.2
-make something new on server
-just play(we can agree when we will play all together)

1. I have plan for luring (czech) players, will be released soon

2. If there will be few players, others will join. But these few players missing.

3. Ofcourse main big problem (from start), is on the developers side. On http://tremulous.net/files/ is still 1.1 version from year 2006. It is have NO GUID, NO AUTODOWNLOAD and even when someone will turn on autodownload, it will downloading with speed 5KB/s.

When more players will connect on funserver, look how many new players want to connect and they are immediatelly disconnected, because then have autodownload off.

That causing another thing - on server playing only more experienced players, so when is newbie somewhat connected, he is smashed by good players. So he will disconnect too.

just come to 1.2 and you will be happy.

1.2 is weird And didnt have funserver features.

Usually i check Funserver at 20:30 - 23:30 (Cz time). When no ppl, i play on ACR Unlimited or Funserver 1.2.

1.2 is better balanced then default 1.1, but funserver's 1.1 is good.

I do come on here, but I don't see a point in playing the server if nobody else is..
