Can't reach RCZ server FOREVER

My ping from my country to this server is about 390+ to 550+ or above. I can't reach this server forever. :( :(

Can you put max ping to 500 plz.....

I increased it to 500, but not sure if it need server restart, I hope no.

Hell no, I saw this server of max ping is fixed to 500. I saw it....
