What about to change BP to this?
Change BP to default value and add new building "Transformer" or something. And every transformer will add 20 BP.

Transformers have several bad points:
1) If they are small - they will give no improvements. Humans will spam with transformers everywhere eventually.
2) If they are big - humans wont be able to spam so much with them, but they will block aliens everywhere.
I like Redman's idea much more. It will force humans to fight, rather than to camp.
Lets calculate. Usually games end with score like this: (40,30,20,1,1,1) at both teams. That is about 100 kills in 1 team. So at this moment of game we should have 1000bp. That makes it 1 kill = 10bp.
